To celebrate Burns Night, we’ve brewed one of Scotland’s definitive beer styles – a Wee Heavy – to a traditional recipe, and aged it for 13 months in Caol Isla and Bourbon barrels which laces the strong, dark, and malty base beer with a boozy kick followed by delicate notes of honeyed ginger, red berries, and a subtle but distinct seaweed-salinity.
