Stout – Coffee
Alright, welcome to round 3 of Daily Grind. We’ve heard, learned and adjusted. Version 1# and 2# were in some aspects similar yet very different.
Now it’s time to take a new turn and explore new horizons, this time we bring you a lower roast stout, higher on caramel backbone. To achieve this we’re applying same technique as for our Imperial Stouts but in a smaller package, this means more grain, less efficiency but all the flavors we want to highlight.
Not only the recipe and technique changed, coffee changed too, this time we went with a higher roasted coffee bean to enhance and compliment the malt profile.
