The recipe of this BELIZE EDITION is based on a malt blend of twelve different specialty malts. This gives the beer a complex body with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate. This edition has been aged for 16 months in Belize Rum barrels.
The result is a complex medium-bodied beer with roasted coffee and chocolate rounded out with notes of exotic fruit and spicy, woody notes from the barrels. Distinct fruity, spicy rum aroma.
